  • How long can the cookies last?
    Our cookies are freshly baked without any preservatives.They are best eaten within 3 weeks if unopened and stored in an airtight container. It should be kept in a cool and dry place.
  • How can i reheat my cookies?
    The cookies can be reheated using conventional ovens or in an air fryer only. It should be heated at 180 degree celsius for 3 minutes. Do not use the microwave to reheat the cookies.
  • Are there any preservatives?
    Our cookies are made with high quality ingredients. No preservatives are added.
  • Why are the cookies irregular in shape?
    Our cookies are individually hand crafted.
  • Is Bvked halal certified? is a Muslim owned company and mange by Muslims.
  • Which cookies contain nuts?
    The Nutty Chocolate Chip Cookies contain almonds as a main ingredient. All other cookies may contain traces of nuts and chocolate as they are made from the same kitchen.
  • What are the payment options available at the store?
    The available payment options are PayNow, PayLah, Paywave, Shopee Pay, Grabpay and Cash.
  • Is there customization of the cookies and labels?
    a. Customization of cookie labels -We can personalise the cookie label to also include special messages. A minimun of 50 orders is required. Extra charges will apply. b. Customization of gift sets -Tell us the theme/purpose of gifting and we can curate a unique gift set to your needs. A minimum of 20 stes is required. c. Creation of a new flavour -We can create flavours or flavour combination to suit your palate. For points 8 (a-c), extra charges would apply. For enquires, email
  • Am i able to order in bulk or customise orders for corporate/special events?
    Most certainly. A lead time of at least 4 weeks is required. A 50% downpayment is required upon confirmation and before orders are processed. Please email
  • Can i cancel my orders?
    All orders are made via Once orders are processed, cancellations and refunds are not possible.
  • Can i change my delivery / pickup selection?
    All orders made via Once the deliver / pick up selection is processed, chnages are not possible.
  • What are the delivery charges?
    The delivery charge is $15.00 per location
  • Are multiple delivery locations available?
    The delivery fee is for one location only.
  • What are the delivery timings?
    Delivery dates/slots are fixed. Delivery is between 12 00hrs-16 00hrs
  • Do i need to be home to wait for the delivery?
    The delivery slot is selected by the customer. Thus, the onus is on the customer to receive the item. Our team will deliver to your door step. If there is no one to receive the delivery, the item would be placed infront of the door. A picture would be taken as proof of attempted delivery. We will not be resposible for missing items.
  • What are the pick-up timings?
    Pickups are available on the following days except on eve of PH and PH: Monday- Friday (1200-1600hrs) Saturdays (1200-1500hrs)
  • Do the products contain allergens?
    Our products will contain eggs and/or nuts
  • Are the products suitable for vegetarian?
    Our cookies contain eggs, nuts and Lurpak butter.
  • Do you provide carrier bags?
    Our carrier bags are chargeable base on the size.
  • Refund Policy
    No refunds will be made once order has been placed.
  • Delivery Policy
    Once opt for delivery cant change to pickup. Deliveries: Saturdays only 12pm-4pm. Pickup is: Wednesday & Fridays -12pm-5pm, Saturday - 12pm-4pm
  • How do I make a bulk or corporate order?
    All bulk and corporate orders can be only processed via email. Please drop us an email with the following information and we will get back to you within 2 business days. Company name Contact person Billing name Delivery date Preferred delivery time Products selected or budget (if any)
  • I am interested in making a large order. Do you have a bulk or corporate discount?
    Please email anytime on Monday to Friday, between 9am to 5pm.
  • What is the lead time required for a bulk order?
    Depending on the final order, it can be as short as 10 to 20 business days. Feel free to email us the details of your order and we will get back to you within 2 business days.
  • I have multiple locations to deliver to, can you help?
    We have been handling large corporate orders and individual orders for multiple locations across Singapore. We would be more than happy to help you out. Our professional third-party delivery vendors will try their best and deliver on time for your event. However, do note all information required for the deliveries must be submitted 5 days before the event date for us to book the delivery drivers. A delivery template will be provided for you to fill in for us to facilitate the deliveries. What we can do for you: Deliver up to 100 locations in one day (depending on the preferred delivery time too) Offer you a flat delivery fee (UP: $15.90 per location) Customised printed message, stickers with your logo (additional charges apply)
  • Are you able to e-invoice us via Vendors@Gov or GeBiz?
    Yes. However, a minimum order of $500 (not inclusive of delivery fees) is required. Do send us the information required upon confirmation so that we can raise the e-invoice once we have delivered the items.
